Easy technique to install downloaded devices
- Within your User Library, create a folder called: M4L_Imported
- Dump all your .AMXD files into this folder.
- Open up Ableton Live, go to Preferences, and click Rescan Plugins.
- The new devices will now show up in the Max For Live sidebar and will be automatically organized into Max Audio Effect, Max Instrument, or Max MIDI Effect categories.
